Pretty In Pink

Another October rolls around and its time for another great in store event at Circle Furniture's Cambridge location. The fifth annual Pink Party was the biggest turnout yet and we raised over five thousand dollars. Many thanks to those who rallied the extra leg to help put it together, Sarah, Ralph, Moise, Renee, Jonathan, Stephanie, Peg, Rich, Harold, Terri, Troy, Judy, Heather, Cindy and Martha.

All proceeds go to the Ellie Fund, raising money for families to help support a loved one fighting breast cancer. Its a great cause and a fun night, and who doesn't love the color pink!

We also met some new FABULOUS friends who share out love for the earth and this "new" trend everyone is calling green. Paula Keif and Leanne Schiller have started an online directory, Go Green Web Directory, to help guide Boston consumers to green businesses. Our own Michelle Madden got involved.

Rodman Ride 2008 - Not going to let a little rain slow us down!

Congrats to the Circle Team for another year of riding for at risk youth at the Rodman Ride for kids. This year, the 17th annual, was RECORD BREAKING, raising over 5.5 million dollars. Harold, Rich, Peg, Sarah and Kate Springfield teamed up with a couple of other furniture gurus to bike 25, 50 and 100 miles rides! Congrats to all who participated and for those who missed out, there is always next year.

Rodman Ride For Kids

Another successful bike tour of lovely Foxboro, MA. We are proud that not only has Circle participated in this event for the past two years which supports the Big Brother Big Sister program, but this year our own Harold Tubman was one of the top five individual fundraisers! Harold raised over $4500 far surpassing his goal of $750! Once again Circle Furniture is proud to host the Pink Party to benefit the Ellie Fund. Please join us on Oct 25th at our Cambridge location for drinks and hors d'oeuvre from six to nine pm.
